1. Click Analysis and then, in the Measure group, click the arrow next to Distance.
2. Click Distance Between 2 Points. The Measure Output and Distance dialog boxes open.
3. Click 2 points on the model. The viewer displays the distance in the Distance Output box. A red line showing the connection between the two points and the distance is shown in the viewport.
4. You can click further measure options, or click to complete the operation.
