Deploying Customer-hosted Codebeamer AI

The following steps outline the requirements for setting up and using the Codebeamer AI assistants in a customer-hosted deployment model.

1. After getting access to PTC eSupport portal, download the required artifacts from PTC Software Download - Codebeamer AI.

2. Complete the Prerequisites.

3. Provision the resources by deploying the Infrastructure.

4. Deploy the AI Service, OTel and any other required tools by deploying the Services.

5. Create Azure Policies by following the steps in Deployment of Azure Policy using Terraform.

1. Optionally, Integrate Codebeamer with the PTC SaaS Platform using the service principal if you want to use PTC Analytics service. For Audience, set the value to https://ptc-analytics.

10. The Codebeamer AI features are ready to use in customer-hosted deployment.
