Create Global Shared Fields for AI
Before using the Requirement Assistant and the AI Test Case Assistant, the System Administrator must create the following global shared fields:

This global setup is required only once per Codebeamer instance.
Perform the following steps to create the shared fields:
1. Login to Codebeamer as a System Administrator to create the global shared fields.
2. Go to the System Admin tab and click the link Shared Fields.
3. Click New Shared Field. The Create Shared Field page opens.
4. Enter the following details.

5. Click Save. The new shared field Influenced_by_AI is saved.

The tables above provide a recommended name for display on the user interface for these fields. You can update the Display Name to suit your business needs.
