CMS Toolbar
The CMS toolbar is only relevant when you are using the PTC Server connection. The toolbar is displayed after the connection with the PTC server is successful.

The buttons on the toolbar are available after you open a document from the server.
Right-click somewhere in the toolbar area. A shortcut menu appears. Select a toolbar to display it.

Description
This is an image of the Delete Markup button on the Advanced toolbar.
Check Out Object
Locks the object on which the cursor is positioned and checks it out for you. If the object has dependent objects, you can check out all the dependent objects in the same operation.
This is an image of the Change Markup button on the Advanced toolbar.
Check In Object
Checks in a checked-out object, and makes the updated object the current version of the object. All subsequent retrievals of the current version include the changes saved since the object was checked out. When you check in an object, all its modified dependent objects are also checked in. For unmodified dependent objects, the checkout operation is canceled. Checking in a PTC Server object increments the iteration number of the object. Undo Check Out Object
Unlocks the object on which the cursor is positioned without saving any changes made to the object since it was checked out. If the object has checkout has dependent objects, you can undo the check-out operation for all the dependent objects in the same operation.

Object Properties
Displays the Object Properties dialog box.
This dialog box provides detailed information such as the name, creator , and creation time of the object on which the cursor is positioned.
