Insert Data Field Parameter — Insertion Dialog Box
This dialog box lets you specify characteristics of a query and then insert the data field query. The dialog box has the following controls:
• Field to Insert — Specifies which database or other field you want to insert.
• Field Value — States the current value of the selected field.
• Update Preference — List the updating choices you can set for this query:
◦ Manual Update — Arbortext Editor will let authors update the query values at any time.
◦ Auto Update on Open — Arbortext Editor will update the query values every time the document is opened.
◦ Auto Update on Publish — Arbortext Editor will update the query values every time the document is published to any output format.
• Cancel — Closes the dialog box without inserting a query in the current document.
• Back — Displays the Insert Data Field Parameter — Specification dialog box from which you can specify attributes of the query and insert the query.
• Insert — Inserts the specified data field query at the current cursor location in the document.
• Help — Displays this help topic.
