Inserts a specified amount of space at the cursor, represented by a _kern tag.

In the Specified Horizontal Space dialog box, enter the amount of space and the unit of measure in the Amount text box. Click OK to execute or Cancel to cancel your menu selection.

Specify the amount using abbreviated units of measurement, such as: inches (0.4in), points (3pt), picas (2pi), centimeters (0.5cm), millimeters (20mm), or em spaces (2em).
