Find Marked Section Dialog Box
Searches for marked sections from the current cursor location forward.
|
Find Marked Section is only available when editing SGML documents.
|
The Find Marked Section dialog box contains the following options:
• Effective Status — searches for marked sections whose effective status matches any of the statuses checked. By default, all statuses are checked. Possible statuses are: INCLUDE, IGNORE, TEMP, CDATA, and RCDATA.
For example, if a marked section's name is %tech, and marked section parameter entity %tech is set to IGNORE CDATA, then the effective status of that marked section is IGNORE. (Status keywords have the following priority, highest shown first: IGNORE, CDATA, RCDATA, INCLUDE.) Checking all four boxes will cause the search to locate all marked sections.
• MS Parameter — uses the text box contents for the search. For the search, choose the marked section parameter entity from the pulldown list, or enter the name in the text box. Arbortext Editor assumes the name is complete. For example, if you enter eng for english, english would not be found. If MS Parameter is left blank, any name matches. The list contains all declared marked section parameter entities. Selecting from the list enters the item name in the text box.
• Match Case — when checked, makes the entity name search case-sensitive.
• Scope — defines the search range. Click the desired button:
◦ Current File — searches only the current file.
◦ Current File Plus Sub-Entities — searches the current file and any file entity files referenced in the current file, starting with the cursor location. If a match is found in an entity file, a secondary Edit window containing that entity file opens, or if already open, moves to the front of the screen with the cursor placed at the highlighted match.
• Find Next — starts the search process.
• Search File Entities — include the contents of file entities. If you check this box, Arbortext Editor will search file entities whether or not they are expanded in the document.
