Description
When vertically justifying a block; setting <?blockrowvjinherit=1> gives a way of controlling the amount by which to expand a row, by calculating the amount by which the contents of the row need to expand. PTC ALD does this by finding the deepest cell in the row, summing all the VJ for that cell and using these values in addition to <?blockvjmrow> and <?blockvjprow> to dictate how the row itself is expanded when justifying the column containing the block.

Additional information
<?blockrowvjinherit> and <?blockrowvjinheritb> both default to true for blocks where the intention is to vertically justify the page as if a block nesting structure doesn’t exist.
