Use this command to specify a vertical justification measure for a block: the space below the text in the block’s rows. Use in conjunction with the <?blockvjprow> command, which sets the priority of the vertical justification measure.

Adding space to block rows in this way will effectively make each cell in the block deeper. If text in the row is set to be vertically centered, flushed to bottom or vertically justified, it will use this extra space.
