Navigate and Search URLs

Depending on your ACD version, there are two distinct Navigate and Search URLs that you can use. For ACD 7.2.0.4 and earlier versions, one URL is applicable. However, starting from ACD 7.2.0.5, a separate URL is used. For more information on Navigate and Search URLs, see the following topics:
