Customer Satisfaction
Product development is done by teams - it requires collaboration. We are constantly striving to create better and more valuable relationships with and for our customers as they carry out their work. As part of the PTC Customer Satisfaction program, we run a regular customer satisfaction survey which helps us understand where your pain points are and what we should be focusing on. Our goal is to make PTC as easy as it can be to do business with. Here are some of the more recent significant initiatives driven by your feedback:
Customer Care Center
You wanted us to make it easier for you to tell us your concerns and get your issues resolved. You can now contact us through a single place, via phone or the Web, whichever is the most convenient for you. Use this to get any issues resolved, or just to give us feedback if you want - we want to talk to you.
PTC.com User Area
You asked us to provide more tools and information to enable you to get the most out of your investment in owning and using our software. We have provided a specific area of PTC.com focused on helping end-users use software and managers and administrators own and deploy it.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
You asked us to be more connected in the way we engage with you. We are in the middle of implementing Siebel CRM across our business to help us coordinate our touch-points with you. The goal is to make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, whenever and however you contact us.
Satisfaction Survey
You asked us to listen to you and make PTC easier to do business with. It was important we created a systematic way to listen to you and get feedback on how we're doing. We use a standard survey to get feedback from a rotating quarter of our customers four times a year. The survey is run globally and provides us the baseline information on which we can plan our customer satisfaction strategy.

You asked us to make it easier to own PTC software. Our project eVolve has delivered its first set of improvements. We hope you find interactions now much easier with our software ordering, maintenance and importantly licensing operations.
