Installation and Setup of Windchill Gateway
This section covers the installation and setup of Windchill Gateway for Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager. It also covers creating a publishing process on the Windchill server as well as configuration troubleshooting details.

Message Oriented Middleware Installation Overview
The following table contains important pre-installation details.

Configuration
Java Runtime Environment 1.6 or higher installed (32-bit).
Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) is bundled with the gateway on CD_WCOCREATEMM (Open MQ 4.5 Update2).
Install the server with the default options.
The MOM server must be configured with the following information:
• JMS Base URI
• JMS Connection Factory
• JMS Queue Name
• JMS Inbound Queue Name
• JMS Feedback Queue Name
To install and configure Message Oriented Middleware, you must:
1. Create a base URI in LDAP.

2. Add a new object store in Message Oriented Middleware.

3. Add a new broker in Message Oriented Middleware.

Windchill Gateway Installation Overview
To install and activate Windchill Gateway, you must:
1. Install gateway components on Windchill PDMLink.

2. Install gateway components on Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Manager Server.
