WWGM – Overview
Description
The WWGM – OVERVIEW gadget provides a high-level status of the user base.
The gadget displays the following information:
• Average mean time to exit (MTTX)
• Number of users sending data
• Number of WWGM datecodes in use over the last 10 days.
Click WWGM – OVERVIEW to open the Global Status Page.
The Global Status Page displays additional key performance indicators that provide an in-depth understanding of the WWGM applications used in your environment.

MTTX is calculated using the following formula:
MTTX = Working Time ∕ Number of Unexpected Exits
For more information on Datecodes, navigate to WWGM Datecodes Page. The WWGM Datecodes page provides information about the releases, datecodes and other details of WWGM applications used on the machines in your environment for a specific period. A Sessions List table is available on the page where individual sessions can be examined.

The release and MOR values represent the datecodes of the WWGM release. The Release and MOR data sent by Diagnostic Tools is used to calculate information for this dashboard.
