Windchill Workgroup Manager (WWGM) Gadgets

Description

The Windchill Workgroup Manager (WWGM) gadgets display usage and session‑related information collected from Workgroup Manager clients connected to Windchill systems. These gadgets help administrators understand Workgroup Manager usage patterns, identify unexpected exits, and monitor session behavior over a selected time period.

The time period shown at the top of the page, next to the calendar icon, applies only to Windchill gadgets and is not applicable to WWGM gadgets.

The WWGM gadgets include the following:

• WWGM – Users per WWGM Datecodes

• WWGM – Session Counts

• WWGM – Unexpected Exits

• WWGM – Top 5 Users with Premature Exits

• WWGM – Top 5 Hosts with Premature Exits

• WWGM – CAD Integrations

• WWGM – Connection Speed: Upload

• WWGM – Top 5 Users With Largest Workspaces

• WWGM – Top 5 Users With Workspaces that are not Used

• WWGM – Top 5 Users With Highest Number of Checkedout Documents

WWGM – Session Durations

By default, the following Windchill Workgroup Manager (WWGM) gadgets are available on the main Performance Advisor dashboard:

• WWGM – Connection Speed: Upload

• WWGM – Session Count
