The Servicemax connector allows workflows from ThingWorx Flow to access and execute actions on Servicemax.

Before adding an OAuth connection, ensure that you follow the steps provided in Obtaining Client Id and Client Secrets for Servicemax.

Authorize Servicemax
Servicemax authorization has to be done for each Servicemax connector action. To authorize Servicemax, do the following:
1. In the Authorize Servicemax (Salesforce) field, click Add new Servicemax login.
2. In the Parameters window, enter User Domain, and then click ALLOW.
3. Enter your credentials to log in to your Salesforce account, and then click Log In or click Use Custom Domain to use your custom domain name.

Click TEST to validate the authorization.
