Create Service Request
Use this action to create a new service request in Servicemax.
Using the Create Service Request Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To connect to the flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Create Service Request action under the Servicemax connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Create Service Request action window opens.
2. Edit the label name, if needed. By default, the label name is same as the action name.
3. To add new authorization, refer to the Authorize Servicemax section in the Servicemax connector topic.

If you previously added an authorization for Servicemax, select an authorization from the list.
4. Select or enter the Account ID and Contact ID to create a service request.
5. Click to select the Preferred Start Time in the ISO format.
6. Enter the Appointment Duration, and then click to select the Actual Initial Response.
7. Select an option from the following fields—ERP External ID, Type, Priority, Status, and Service Request Source.
8. Click + to view the additional fields, then enter the field details.
9. Click Done.
