Update Bitlink Details
Use this action to update the details for the specified bitlink.
Using the Update Bitlink Details Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To create a flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Update Bitlink Details action under the Bitly connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click 
or double-click the action. The Update Bitlink Details action window opens.

3. To add a new authorization, refer to the Authorize Bitly section in the Bitly connector topic.
 | If you previously added a Bitly authorization, select an authorization from the list. |
4. In the Bitlink field, enter the bitlink details that you want to update.
5. In the Update field, select the field that you want to update:
6. Click + to view the additional fields:
In the Additional Fields section, click Add, and then enter the following details:
◦ Field Name—User interface field name of the Bitly service that you want to add. The field name should be same as specified in the API documentation.
◦ Value—Value for the specified user interface field.
Click Add to enter multiple additional fields.
7. Click Done.
Update Link Title
1. In the Update field, select Link Title.
2. In the Link Title field, enter the title of the bitlink.
3. Click + to view the additional fields:
In the Additional Fields section, click Add, and then enter the following details:
◦ Field Name—User interface field name of the Bitly service that you want to add. The field name should be same as specified in the API documentation.
◦ Value—Value for the specified user interface field.
Click Add to enter multiple additional fields.
4. Click Done.
Update Note
1. In the Update field, select Note.
2. In the Note field, enter the content that you want to add as a note.
3. Click + to view the additional fields:
◦ In the Additional Fields section, click Add, and then enter the following details:
▪ Field Name—User interface field name of the Bitly service that you want to add. The field name should be same as specified in the API documentation.
▪ Value—Value for the specified user interface field.
Click Add to enter multiple additional fields.
4. Click Done.
Update Link Title and Note
1. In the Update field, sect Link Title and Note.
2. In the Link Title field, enter the title of the bitlink.
3. In the Note field, enter the content that you want to add as a note.
4. Click + to view the additional fields:
In the Additional Fields section, click Add, and then enter the following details:
◦ Field Name—User interface field name of the Bitly service that you want to add. The field name should be same as specified in the API documentation.
◦ Value—Value for the specified user interface field.
Click Add to enter multiple additional fields.
5. Click Done.
