October 2021
Updated the Metrics topic to correct the name and provide additional guidance for what it means. The correct name of the metric is cxserver.server.connections. It is in the first table of the topic, "Important Metrics".

Added the topic, PTC Support Policy for ThingWorx Connection Services and a link to it from the Welcome page, in the "Important Information" section.

Added release notes for ThingWorx Connection Server, v.9.2.0.
Removed the support matrix in favor of the PTC Release Advisor. When planning upgrades, visit the PTC tool, Release Advisor, which is the single source for currently supported products and compatibility information for ThingWorx products. To learn how to use Release Advisor, refer to the Technical Support article, "How to plan an upgrade using PTC Release Advisor".
February 2021
Added information about errors reported in the log when running Connection Server v.9.1.1 with Oracle version of JDK 11.0.9 or Amazon Corretto JDK 11 on Windows 2016. These errors are warning messages from a third-party library and do not prevent the Connection Server from running as expected.
Removed the information for the ThingWorx Azure IoT Hub Connector, v.2.0.x. The Standard Support for this version of the Connector has expired and the product has been removed from the Software Downloads page of the PTC Support Site. In addition, since the ThingWorx Connection Server does not require it, removed the information for the ThingWorx Connection Services Extension (CSE).

This Help Center has been updated for v.9.1.0 of the ThingWorx Connection Server. The primary change in this release is support forOracle JDK 11 as well as Amazon Corretto 11 (OpenSDK). If necessary, you can continue to use Oracle JDK 8. However, it is at end of life as of December 2020. The following topics have been updated for Java 11 support:
