Insert <Rich Content Object>/Link Properties Window (GUI)
The Insert <Rich Content Object>/Link Properties window specifies options for inserting, editing, or deleting images, attachment links, hyperlinks, item links, bookmarks, or cross-references in a rich content field.

The Insert > Bookmark and Insert > Cross Reference commands are only available from the Document view (GUI) with inline editing or the embedded item edit view enabled. In the GUI, you can edit and delete bookmarks and cross-references from all views that allow you to edit rich content fields. In the Web interface, you can delete bookmarks and cross-references only.

Description
Image
From
Attachment specifies an image from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.
URL specifies an image from a URL. You can enter the URL or click Browse to navigate to the image.

Label
Specifies how to represent the image:
Text specifies a text label.
Attachment Image specifies an image from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.
URL Image specifies an image from a URL. You can enter the URL or clickBrowse to navigate to the image.
Attachment Link
From
Specifies an attachment from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.

Label Type
Specifies how to represent the attachment link:
Text specifies a text label.
Attachment specifies an attachment from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.
URL specifies an attachment from a URL. You can enter the URL or click Browse to navigate to the attachment.
Hyperlink
Link
Specifies the URL of the hyperlink.
Display
Specifies how to represent the hyperlink:
Text specifies a text label.
Attachment Image specifies an attachment from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.
URL Image specifies a URL to an image. You can enter the URL or click Browse to navigate to the image.
Item Link
Item
Specifies the ID of an item. You can enter the ID or click Browse to navigate to the item.
Display
Specifies how to represent the item link:
Text specifies a label that you type.
Attachment Image specifies an attachment from an attachment field in the current item. Click Browse to navigate to the image.
URL Image specifies a URL to an image. You can enter the URL or click Browse to navigate to the image.
As of
Specifies the item link to display the item as of one of the following:
Revision specifies a specific item revision. For information on searching by item revision, see Searching for Items.
Label specifies an item by its label. For more information, see Working With Item Labels.

The item link does not function if the following characters are used in the label: < > &
Edit specifies an edit entry in the item history.
Date specifies a historical date for the item. For more information, see Viewing a Historical Item.
Current specifies that the item link display the item as of the moment the hyperlink is clicked.
Bookmark
Name
Specifies a name for the bookmark.
For detailed information on inserting bookmarks, see Bookmarking and Cross-Referencing Documents.
Display
Specifies how to represent the bookmark:
Text specifies a text label.
Attachment Image specifies an image attachment in the current item.
URL Image specifies an image attachment in the current item that is referenced by a URL.

For the second and third choice, assume that you did not highlight an image in the rich content field. If you want to specify an image to represent the bookmark, you can click Browse to navigate to the image.
Cross Reference
Name
Specifies the name of the bookmark that you want to cross-reference.
For detailed information on inserting cross-references, see Bookmarking and Cross-Referencing Documents.
Display
Specifies how to represent the cross-reference:
Text specifies a text label. If you highlighted text in the rich content field, the text displays in the Display field and no action is required.
Attachment Image specifies an image attachment in the current item.
URL Image specifies an image attachment in the current item that is referenced by a URL.

For the second and third choice, assume that you did not highlight an image in the rich content field. If you want to specify an image to represent the bookmark, you can click Browse to navigate to the image.
