The Top 5 Users With Highest Number of Checkedout Documents gadget displays a list of users who have the most documents checked out in a Windchill workspace for the specified period.

When you add the gadget to the dashboard, select the Period.

The gadget lists the User ID and the total number of documents checked out by the user.
