Toolkit Apps Usage Details Page
The Toolkit Apps Usage Details page provides detailed information about the usage of a specific Toolkit application.
The Summary tab displays information about the total users and new users within the selected period, total occurrences, and average usage per day.
Click Total Users or New Users to open the Users List window, which displays the list of users who used the Toolkit application along with detailed information for each user.
The Summary tab also provides a graphical representation of number of users over a period of time for the Toolkit application.
The data is also represented in a tabular format. Click an individual row to open the Users List window.
The 5 Top Users table displays information about the top-five users of the specific Toolkit application. These users used the toolkit application the highest number of times in the specified period. It displays the ID of the User, number of Occurrences, and Change In Rank. The change in rank specifies the difference in the current position of a user between the current time period and previous time period in the list of top users.
The 5 Bottom Users table displays information about the bottom five users of the specific Toolkit application. These users used the toolkit application the least number of times in the specified period.
The 5 Top Loading Issues table displays information about the top-five loading issues that prevented the Toolkit application from starting. It displays information about the Loading Issue, Load Technology, and the total number of times the specific issue occurred in the Toolkit application. Loading Issue specifies the reason why the Toolkit application did not start.
The table contains details about the issues while running the toolkit applications as well as the total number of times a specific issue occurred for a specified period.
The Users tab displays information about the users who used this Toolkit application. Click a specific user to open the User Page, which has detailed information about the user.
The Loading Issues tab displays information about the issues that prevented the Toolkit application from starting. The following information is specified:
Issue—The reason why the Toolkit application did not start.
User—The ID of the user.
Machine—The ID of the machine.
Load Technology—The technology which was used to load the Toolkit application.
Date—The date and time of the session when the loading issue was found.
First Time—Yes or No to indicate if the specific issue occurred for the first time for the Toolkit application.
