1. Click File > Options. The Creo ViewOptions dialog box opens.

2. Next to Showing, select Global.

3. On the left, select Annotations. The Annotations-Main page opens.

4. Next to the Template Files field, click Import. The Import Annotation Templates dialog box opens.

5. Select a template file from the list, and then click Open. The template file is added to the Template Files list.

6. Click OK to close the dialog box.
