About the Document View
You can open PDF documents from the
Document partition of the
Viewables pane. You can perform these operations on documents:
• View documents with or without watermarks
• Search for text
• Print
If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can create and modify markups on a PDF, whether it is reader-enabled or not. If you have Adobe Reader installed, you can create and modify markups on a PDF only if it is reader-enabled.
Verifying Adobe Versions
If you attempt to open a PDF document, but it does not open, perform the following steps:
2. If a supported version is already installed, check that the Windows Registry entry for Adobe Acrobat or Reader points to a valid installation directory.
3. If the Windows Registry is correct, uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat or Reader, and then restart Creo View.
