About Copying and Pasting Annotations
In Creo View, you can copy and paste these annotations between 2D and 3D views:
• Notes
• Shapes

You cannot copy or paste Surface polygons between views.

• Freehand
• Gtol
When copying and pasting annotations between views, the connections between the annotations and the model or sheet location function as follows:
• In the 3D view, the copy function retains the location of all the coordinates.
• The paste function retains the size of the annotation and its relative spacing to the model.
• In the 2D view, the annotation is associated with the pixel location of the view window.
• When you copy and paste a note with a leader line, the paste function retains the connection to the head of the leader line, but allows you to position the tail.
