To Create a Material—Topology Optimization
1. Click
Home >
Materials. The
Materials dialog box opens.
2. Select
File >
New or click
. The
Material Definition dialog box opens.
3. Enter the material properties.
4. Click Save To Model in the Material Definition dialog box. The material you created appears in the Materials in Model list in the Materials dialog box.
The new material is added to the database, but it is not associated with any part or modeling entity until you assign it to the model.
