To Create a Local Push
A local push deforms a surface by pushing or pulling on a circular or rectangular region on the surface.
1. Set the allow_anatomic_features configuration option to yes to make the Local Push command available on the All Commands list.
2. Add the Local Push command to the desired user-defined group on the ribbon.

3. Click Local Push. The Menu Manager opens.
4. To set up the sketching plane, select an option and perform the action:
◦ Plane—Select a plane or planar surface.
◦ Make Datum—Create a datum plane.
5. Sketch the local push boundaries (sketch the section), and click
OK.
6. Select the surfaces on which to apply the local push.
