You can use the inspection and measurement tools to display information about entities in a layout.

Use the inspection tools on the Tools tab to check a layout for overlapping entities and open ends.

Use the measurement tools on the Tools tab to calculate the distance, angle, area, and geometry properties of geometric and construction entities. You can print or save the information to a file. Each measuring tool opens a panel with options specific to the type of measurement.
