About Selecting Surfaces
In Creo Direct you can select surfaces for modifying using the following methods:
• Geometry rules
• Shape-based selection
If you apply geometry rules while selecting surfaces for the Move, Edit Round, Modify Analytic, or the Remove operations and if you open and modify the model containing these surfaces in Creo Parametric, the rule-based selection is regenerated. The feature references in Creo Parametric are updated accordingly.
