Weibull Panes for Warranty Analysis

The following table describes the Weibull panes in which you enter data and view calculation results for a warranty data set. The availability of some of these panes depend on the data format that was chosen when the data set was inserted. For more information, see Inserting a Warranty Data Set. To modify the data format of a data set after its insertion, you perform the procedure in Reconfiguring a Warranty Data Set.

Pane	Description
Weibull Parameters	Displays basic parameters required for a warranty data set. For more information, see Weibull Parameters Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
Weibull Advanced	Displays advanced parameters required for distribution-based analysis of a warranty data set. These parameters are the same as those required for a parametric life data set. For more information, see Weibull Advanced Pane for a Parametric Life Data Set.
Warranty Parameters	Displays forecast parameters required for a warranty data set. For more information, see Warranty Parameters Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
Usage Parameters - for usage values data format only	Displays usage parameters that are required for a warranty data set in the usage values format. This pane is not shown for warranty data sets in other data formats. For more information, see Usage Parameters Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
Forecast Parameters	Displays forecast parameters required for a warranty data set. For more information, see Forecast Parameters Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
Weibull Sales	Displays the sales data to use in the warranty analysis. For more information, see Weibull Sales Panes for a Warranty Data Set.
Weibull Returns	Displays the returns data to use in the warranty analysis. For more information, see Weibull Returns Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
Weibull Forecast	Displays a forecast of future failures once Weibull calculations run. For more information, see Weibull Forecast Pane for a Warranty Data Set.
