Temperature
When Temperature, Ambient or Temperature, Junction is the selected parameter in the Derating Data pane, the choices available for Minimum rating are None (default), Constant Derated Value, and Increment Min. Rating. The choices available for Maximum rating are None (default), Constant Derated Value, and Decrement Max. Rating.
When a choice other than None is selected, two additional parameters are shown: Nominal and Worst case. All temperatures entered are in degrees C.
• When Increment Min. Rating is selected for Minimum rating, the value entered in either Nominal or Worst case is added to the minimum value specified in the Prediction Data pane for the part.
• When Decrement Max. Rating is selected for Maximum rating, the value entered for either Nominal or Worst case is subtracted from the maximum value specified in the Prediction Data pane for the part.
