FD&I Output Repair Data
The following table describes the columns in the Repair tasks table for an FD&I output inserted from a Maintainability FD&I Library file. For more information, see Maintainability FD&I Library Files.
Column
Description
Task Identifier
The unique identifier assigned to the repair task. The format is specified by Repair Task Identifier, which appears under Identifiers in the System file properties. For more information, see Identifiers System File Properties..
FD&I Output Code
The FD&I output for the repair. For more information, see Codes. When you click this field, a drop-down control provides for selecting any output from those in enabled Maintainability FD&I Library files. Each output is associated with the tasks or task groups to perform when this output occurs.
FD&I Output Percent
The percentage of the failure rate that is identified by this particular output. The default is 100. If multiple outputs are selected, the sum of the percentages for the outputs should be 100. However, this is not enforced by the software.
Total Time
The repair time for the tasks or tasks groups associated with the output that is saved in the System file. This field is display-only. It is based on repair time information entered for tasks and tasks groups in the Maintainability Task Library file at the time that this output is inserted.
Manminutes
OR
Manhours (MMH)
The total manminutes (default) or manhours to perform the tasks associated with the output that is saved in the System file. This field is display-only. It is based on the manminutes or manhours calculated for the tasks and/or task groups in the Maintainability Task Library file at the time that this output is inserted. The units depend on whether Minutes (default) or Hours is selected for Repair Time units under General in the Project properties. For more information, see General Project Properties.
Remarks
Any information that a technician might need to know about the repair tasks or task groups associated with the FD&I output. This field has no limit on its size so that you can enter a short note or comprehensive procedures. If Copy remarks to System file is selected (default) in the properties for the Maintainability FD&I Library file that contains the selected code, Windchill Risk and Reliability copies the data entered for Remarks in this support file into the System file. For more information, see Updating Repair Times and Manminutes (or Manhours). You can import data into or export data from this field, and you can include this field in reports.
*
If you import data for Remarks, you must clear Copy remarks to System file in the properties for the Maintainability FD&I Outputs Library file that contains the selected codes so that the imported values are not overwritten by library record values. For more information, see Maintainability Support File Properties.
