Rerunning the FRACAS Lookup Table Setup Wizard
To change or reorder key fields and data fields for an existing FRACAS Lookup Table file, you use the Rerun Setup Wizard command. This command is available only when a FRACAS Lookup Table file is open and active. While you cannot change the table type for an existing file, you can always create and delete files as needed.
1. If the FRACAS Lookup Table file is not already open, then open it.
2. Select > . A window opens, indicating that deleting a key field deletes the data entered for this field and that this deletion cannot be undone.
3. Click OK. The FRACAS Lookup Table Setup Wizard starts and displays the Select Key Fields page, with current key field selections shown. On both this page and the Select Data Fields page, the first field in the Selected fields list is the first field inserted, the second field in the list is the second field inserted in this file, and so on.
4. Select and reorder key fields as necessary, and then click Next. The Select Data Fields page appears, with currently selected data fields shown.
5. Select and reorder data fields as necessary, and then click Next. The Wizard Complete page appears.
6. Click Finish to modify the file.
