Sort the data for ‘X’ in:
|
The order in which you want to sort values for X, where X is the name of the active field in the Group by list. Choices are:
• Ascending Order. When selected, values are sorted from A to Z or 0 to 9.
• Descending Order. When selected, values are sorted from Z to A or 9 to 0.

Group by
|
The way by which to group dates. This option is available only when the field selected is a date field. Choices are:
• Day. When selected, records with the same date are grouped on the graph.
• Week. When selected, records within the same week of the calendar year are grouped on the graph.
• Month. When selected, records with the same month and calendar year are grouped on the graph.
• Quarter. When selected, records within the same quarter of the calendar year are grouped on the graph.
• Year. When selected, records within the same calendar year are grouped on the graph

Fiscal year end
|
The month in which your fiscal year ends. The default is December. This field is available only for date fields that are grouped by quarter.

Select most significant items
|
Indicates whether only the top occurring data values are to appear on the graph. This checkbox is available only when one or more fields have been added to the Show values list. When this checkbox is selected, Limit becomes available so that you can indicate how many data values to graph. The default is 10. Thus, if you select this checkbox and use the default limit, only the 10 most frequently occurring data values are graphed.

Limit
|
The maximum number of data values to graph when Select most significant items is selected. The default is 10.

Based On
|
The field whose values you want to use to limit the data. This field is available only when Select most significant items is selected. Choices include all fields in the Show values list. The mathematical function for the field is chosen in the Edit Summary window. For more information, see Edit Summary Window.
