Checking for Duplicate Keys in the FRACAS Lookup Table
You use the Check for Duplicate Keys command to see if duplicate keys exist within a FRACAS Lookup Table file. This command is available only when a FRACAS Lookup Table file is open and active.
1. If the FRACAS Lookup Table file is not already open, then open it.
2. Select Tools > Check for Duplicate Keys.
If two key records with the same criteria are found, a window opens when the second occurrence is found. The window indicates the records with the duplicate keys.
If no duplicate keys are found, a window opens, indicating this.
3. Click OK to close the window that opens.
4. If duplicate keys exist, either delete one of the records or change its criteria so that the records are unique.
5. Repeat this procedure until no duplicate keys are found.
