Event Tree Object Properties
You can insert columns (events) and branches (event sequences) in an event tree. Both of these objects have properties associated with them. Before quantitative analysis can be performed, you must specify calculation properties for all columns and branches that are not data linked to other items in the System file.
The following topics provide descriptions of the properties in the Column Properties and Branch Properties windows:
When the Properties window for an object is shown, you can use the navigation control at the top of the window to quickly change to a different object to view its properties instead. For more information, see Changing the Active Object in the Properties Window.

When you use the navigation control in either of these Properties windows, the name shown in its title bar changes to Identifier Properties, where Identifier is the Event Tree Identifier assigned to the column or the Event Tree Branch Identifier assigned to the branch.
