Auto-Calculate data sets
|
Indicates whether to run calculations as you enter data for a life data set. When this checkbox is selected (default), calculations run as you enter data. When this checkbox is cleared, calculations run only when you initiate them. To do this, you can click Calculate in the title bar of the Parameters pane. You can also perform the procedure described in Calculating Weibull Results.

Default Column Names
The many properties under this subheading allow you to rename columns shown in the Weibull Data Points pane. For more information, see Renaming Data Point Columns.

Warranty Display
The properties under this subheading specify the colors to use in the Weibull Sales pane and Weibull Returns panes shown for warranty analysis. For more information, see Weibull Panes for Warranty Analysis. Many of them use the color control. For more information, see Using the Color Control.

Future Sale highlight color
|
The color in which to highlight future sales in the Warranty Sales pane when using the sales vs. returns data format. The default is light green.

Weibull Returns caution color
|
The color in which to highlight returns in the Warranty Returns pane when chi-squared analysis indicates that the number of returns is above the caution limit specified for a sale or return period. The default is yellow.

Weibull Returns critical color
|
The color in which to highlight returns in the Warranty Returns pane when chi-squared analysis indicates that the number of returns is above the critical limit specified for a sale or return period. The default is red.

||
Weibull Returns normal color
|
The color in which to highlight returns in the Warranty Returns pane when chi-squared analysis indicates that the number of returns is within the normal ranges for a sale or return period. The default is green.
