Viewing and Modifying Graph Data
In the Graph Designer, you can use the Edit Graph Data window to view and modify the data on which the graph is based.
*
Making changes to the data in this window does not change the data in the System file. It affects only the display of the graph in the Graph Designer. The next time that you generate this graph, the Graph Wizard uses the current data in the System file.
1. To open the Edit Graph Data window, select View > Edit Graph Data. The Graph Data table displays the data values that are graphed.
2. To show different values on the graph, change existing values in the table.
For example, to not show a particular data value on the graph, you would delete it.
3. To graph additional values, increase the values for Columns and click Change. In the newly added columns, enter the values to graph.
4. To graph additional data series, increase the values for Rows and click Change. In the newly added rows, enter the values for the other data series to graph.
5. When finished, click OK to view the graph. If desired, you can save this graph to an image file. For more information, see Saving a Graph to a Local Image File.
6. When finished, close the Graph Designer by clicking the X in the upper right corner of the window.
Saving changes made in the Graph Designer does not save changes made to data values in the Edit Graph Data window. Each time you generate this graph, it is based on the current data in the System file.
