Tool Buttons for Attachments
The following table describes the tool buttons in the window that opens for inserting, deleting, opening, and saving attachments. For more information, see Inserting and Modifying Attachments.

Description

Provides for inserting a new attachment.
|

Provides for deleting the selected attachment. When this button is clicked, a confirmation window opens. You must click Yes to continue.

Opens the selected attachment if an application for this type of file is present on your computer. You can also open an attachment by double-clicking it.

Provides for saving the attachment to another file. When you click this button, the Save As window opens. After you specify a name and directory path, click Create to save the file.

 |
Saves your changes and closes the window.
|
 |
Discards your changes and closes the window.
|
