When you open a System file, tables and forms for the modules in use are shown in panes which are oriented horizontally (default) or vertically. If multiple panes are available, each pane has its own tab. To make a particular pane active, you click its tab.

To change the panes that are shown, you use either the Module Selections toolbar or select View > Activate Module. For more information, see Product Module Selections.
