Reduced Audit Trail Page
The Audit Trail application provides full audit support for modifications made to primary tables in Enterprise Projects. For more information, see Audit Trails (Enterprise Edition Only). In the Project properties, General > Enable Audit Trail specifies whether audit trails are turned on or off. For more information, see General Project Properties. The Reduced Audit Trail page is shown in the Advanced Options window only when this checkbox is selected. Additionally, the source file for importing must be a Microsoft Access or Excel file.
The Reduced Audit Trail page displays the Enable reduced audit trail checkbox. It indicates whether to limit the detailed items added to the Audit Trail file for a record insertion.
When this checkbox is selected, a detail item is added only for the ID field.
When this checkbox is cleared, a detail item is added for each field imported.
