Limit Records Page (System Tree Items Subtables)

The Limit Records page appears in the Report Properties window if the Report Design file is a System file report that contains fields from a System Tree Items subtable. The following table describes the single property that can appear on this page. The label for this property depends on the plural name assigned to the System Tree Items table. For more information, see Table Settings (Project).

Property	Report Type	Description
Only print required System Tree Items	FRACAS report with fields from a System Tree Items subtable	Indicates which System Tree Items records are printed. When this checkbox is cleared (default), only records that are associated with System Tree Items subtable records are printed. When this checkbox is selected, all System Tree Items records are printed, even those that are not associated with System Tree Items subtables.
