Inserting a List in a List Library File
You can insert a custom list in a List Library file. These lists supplement or override the lists in the Master List Library file.
1. If the List Library file is not already open, then open it. You open this file in the same way as any other file.
2. In the last table row in the List Definition pane, click < Click here to insert a new record>.
The Add List Definition window opens. For more information, see Add List Definition Window.
3. Complete this window and click OK to insert the list at the end of the table.
You can use the standard Windows drag-and-drop technique to reorder lists in the List Definition pane.
4. Insert each item that is to appear in the list. For more information, see Inserting an Item in a List.
