Inserting an Item in a List
For each list in the List Library file, you can insert any number of items.
1. If the List Library file is not already open, then open it. You open this file in the same way as any other file.
2. In the List Definition pane, select the list.
3. In the List Choices pane, do the following for each item to insert:
a. In the last table row, click < Click here to insert a new record>.
The Add List Choice window opens. For more information, see Add List Choice Window.
b. Complete this window and click OK to insert the item at the end of the table.
c. Complete the other options shown in the List Choices pane. For more information, see List Choices Pane.
To reorder the items in the List Choices pane, you can use the standard Windows drag-and-drop technique.
