Group Access Rights (Project)
When the Project is selected in the Project Properties pane, the Group Access Rights pane displays which groups of users can access the Project in only the Enterprise Edition. By default, all groups inserted in the Administrator application can access a newly created Project.

The Group Access Rights pane is not shown in the Team Edition because it does not support the concept of different user groups having various file permissions.
The following table provides descriptions of the properties that appear in the Group Access Rights pane. The same properties appear for both a Project and a file.

Allow all
When selected (default), all groups can access the Project or file.
Allow specified groups
When selected, the groups in the area below and the Select All and Clear All buttons become available. You select the groups who are to have access to the Project or file. All groups inserted in the Administrator module are shown and selected by default. You can clear the checkbox for any group but Administrators, which is unavailable. This group must always be selected so that system administrators have access to all Projects and files. You can click Select All or Clear All to select or clear all groups and then customize your selections from there.
