In Windchill Risk and Reliability, you can sometimes generate external rich text files (*.rtf and *.txt), Adobe Acrobat Documents (*.pdf), HTML Files (*.htm and *.html), Microsoft Access Databases (*.mdb), Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets (*.xls), and/or Microsoft Word Documents (*.doc and *.docx). Open commands provide for opening these external files in their respective registered applications. Additionally, a New command provides for creating text files.
