Entering Windchill Account Login Information
When setting up Windchill connection settings, system administrators have two options:
• Have all users automatically log into the application using the same account information
• Have users be prompted to enter their own Windchill account information
If your administrator chooses the second option, the first time you try to perform a Windchill-related task in a Windchill Risk and Reliability session, the Windchill Login window opens. Additionally, this window opens when you open a System file that is created from a Windchill PDMLink or Windchill MPMLink product. Once you supply your user name and password, the account information is verified. This account information is then used for all Windchill-related tasks throughout the remainder of your session.
