Data Field Check Alerts
The following data field check alert is sent when the number of open incidents is greater than 25.
The following table provides descriptions of the options for building a data field check alert.
Option | Description |

Data field function | The mathematical operation to perform on the values for the field specified below. Choices are: Count(*), Max(Datafield), Min(Datafield), Sum(Datafield), and Avg(Datafield). When Count(*) is selected, Data fieldis unavailable. |
Data field | The field on which the mathematical operation selected above is performed. This option is unavailable if Count is selected. |
Condition | The logical operator for the mathematical operation. |
Value | The value for the selected condition. |
Criteria | Provides for specifying additional filter criteria for the alert. |
