Enabled
Indicates whether the Windchill Risk and Reliability Alert Service is to process the alert. When this checkbox is selected, the alert is processed. When it is cleared, the alert is ignored.
All System Files
Indicates whether the Windchill Risk and Reliability Alert Service is to process the alert for all System files in the Project or only for those files specified in the System Files pane in the lower window. When you insert an alert, this option is selected by default so that the alert is processed for all System files. If you clear this checkbox, the options in the System Files pane become available so that you can specify particular System files against which the alert is to run. For more information, see Specifying the System Files Against Which the Alert is to Run.
Time Interval
The frequency at which to run the alert. For more information, see Specifying the Time Interval for the Alert.

An alert inserted in the FMEA Worksheet table is applied to the lowest-level FMEA data field in the alert’s email. For example, assume that the filter criterion is Effect = Busted. If the lowest-level field is at the mode level, an alert would be sent for each mode record that has an Effect = Busted. If, however, the lowest-level field is at the item level, an alert would be sent only once for any item with a mode record that has an Effect = Busted.
