Inserting a Maintenance Task for a System File Block into an RBD Maintenance Library File
From the Calculation Properties window for a System file block, you can insert any of its maintenance tasks into an RBD Maintenance Library file. These support files are described in RBD Maintenance Library Files.
1. In the diagram, double-click the block to open its Calculation Properties window.
2. On the Maintenance page, in the Maintenance table, right-click the task and select Insert into Library. The Paste in Progress window opens and displays progress as the task is copied into the RBD Maintenance Library file.
If no RBD Maintenance Library file is enabled in the Project, one is created in the Project and the task is inserted into it.
If one RBD Maintenance Library file is enabled, the task is inserted into this file.
If multiple RBD Maintenance Library files are enabled, the task is inserted into the first one in the search order for which you have write permissions. For information about setting the search order, see Setting the Search Order for System and Library Files.
Once the paste process finishes, a window opens, indicating that the insertion is complete. Both the identifier assigned to the new task and the RBD Maintenance Library file in which it was inserted are shown.
3. Click OK to close this window.
4. When finished, click OK to close the block’s Calculation Properties window.

When multiple RBD Maintenance Library files are enabled, to insert tasks in a file other than the first one in the search order, you can copy the tasks in the Maintenance table and then paste them into the desired RBD Maintenance Library file.
