Windchill RBD
This part of the Windchill Risk and Reliability Help provides information about building and evaluating RBDs (reliability block diagrams) and phase diagrams. Because Projects can be customized, your screens might not look like the ones shown in the help.

The following table describes the sections that are included in this part. In Windchill Risk and Reliability and throughout this documentation, the term block diagram is used generically to refer to any RBD.
Section
Description
Provides an overview of the theory behind block diagrams and describes the advanced simulation and optimization features supported by the RBD module.
Explains how to build and evaluate block diagrams.
Describes the properties for objects that can be inserted in block diagrams.
Describes the properties for maintenance tasks for a block.
Explains the various RBD support files and how you can use them in your analyses.
Explains how to run RBD calculations and describes the results that can be calculated.
Describes how to use the Graph Wizard to create custom RBD graphs.
Explains how to build and evaluate phase diagrams, which model the operation of subsystems and components in specific mission phases of a phase-based system.
